GENERAL
The properties for sale consist of 20 hotel style suites and one 3-bedroomed,fully equipped cottage. .
The business is managed on a hotel style basis and therefore the accommodation is let on a per person rate of approx R550-00 per night out of season. This is to maximise the tariff.
The turnover is considerably more than R7m annually and this includes the rental pool accommodation, of which there are seven cottages at present in the rental pool.
The business is fully equipped to run as a hotel style establishment, from catering for functions, to IT software needed for the daily running of the establishment, highly motivated staff and an in-house bookkeeper. The occupancy is in the 80% levels.
All conference rooms have all the necessary furniture and equipment to function effectively. At present, we also rent a building overlooking the pool, which houses the second conference room and games room.
We are busy finalizing and implementing the changes to 4 Star rating, which should be implemented in about 60 days.

The reason for wanting to sell, is due to the owners’ ill health, as he has been advised to retire.
