KIDDS BEACH:

Situated on the south-east coast of South Africa, approximately 30 kilometers west of the city of East London, Kidds Beach is an idyllic seaside hamlet.

Sporting mild year-round weather, Kidds Beach has hot summer days perfect for tanning and swimming at several beautiful beaches, languid summer evenings for romantic twilight beach walks and holiday braais, temperate winter days ideal for walking, hiking and biking on several beach and bushveld trails and cool, sometimes stormy winter nights for simply getting cosy around a warming log fire.

The Site for the Village is located within easy walking distance of several beaches, fishing spots and all of the town's amenties including the bowls club, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Although situated in a town where there have been no recent incidences of criminal activity, The Village will be enclosed in a security fence, with controlled access. The site offers some stands with seascape and landscape views on gently undulating terrain approximately 40 metres above sea level at its highest point.

It is intended that all buildings inside The Village complex conform to similar design standards based on Eastern Cape Colonial architecture, to create an harmonious living environment.
