Situated in the thorny bushveld of the North West Province, in the heart of the malaria free, Groot Marico, lies this magnificent safari jewel. The Farm can be developed as a purely hunting ranch with easy access to both Madikwe and Pilanesberg for eco tourism or possibly even a wild life estate with privately owned lodges and golf courses.

LOCATION Located 87km north of Zeerust just off the tar road to Gaborone,Botswana. This farm borders on the world famous 70000ha Madikwe Game Reserve

BUILDINGS
The infrastructure at the farm consists of the following :
A guest lodge with pool, catering for 12 people.
A hunting lodge which caters for 8 people.
Three houses
Five houses for the staff.

OUTBUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT
Two store rooms, one bungalow, a work shop and garages.
There are cold room facilities, a slaughter house and a hangar.

WATER 
Water is available from 14 boreholes of which only 5 are necessary. The pumping capacity varies from 1200 to 14000 liters per hour for the 5 different boreholes. There is 1 Aquadam, 3 Erickson dams, 18m Cement dam and 3 large Gravel dams


INFRASTRUCTURE
Well maintained gravel roads criss cross the farm to ensure easy access to all areas on the farm. There are two airstrips running North/South and East/West.
